Skadden Adds Michael Reed as Financial Institutions Partner

Michael Reed joined Skadden as a partner in its financial institutions group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Reed advises financial institutions, financial technology companies, specialty finance companies, mortgage banking companies, financial sponsor investors, and asset management firms on transactions and capital markets matters. He also counsels clients, including boards of directors, on regulatory, compliance, disclosure, and strategic matters, the firm said.
