Officers of a special purpose acquisition company created to acquire Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. will continue to face claims they engaged in a computer hacking scheme to gain control of the company.
Plaintiffs Benessere Investment Group LLC and ARC Global Investments II adequately alleged that defendants Eric Swider, Alexander Cano, and Renatus Advisors LLC violated the Electronic Stored Communications Act, breached a fiduciary duty, and engaged in tortious interference with business relations, Judge Rodolfo A. Ruiz II of the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida said in a Thursday order.
