Willkie Adds Larry Hall, Jon Platt as Private Equity Partners

Larry Hall and Jon Platt joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as partners in the corporate and financial services department and private equity and energy practice groups in Dallas, the firm announced Tuesday.

Hall advises private equity-backed and private capital-backed oil and gas companies in upstream and midstream transactions, including acquisition and divestment transactions, exploration and development participation arrangements, equity funding, and other financing arrangements, and restructuring matters.
