Womble Bond Hires Kyle Agee for Corporate, Securities Practice

Kyle Agee joined Womble Bond Dickinson as a partner in its corporate & securities practice group on the private wealth team in Charlotte, N.C., the firm announced Tuesday.

Agee focuses his practice on tax, estate, and succession planning for owners of closely held and family businesses, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and fiduciaries. He advises clients on entity structuring, governance, and the purchase and sale of closely held companies, and represents executors, trustees, and beneficiaries in estate and trust administration, the firm said.

Agee was most recently at Johnston Allison & Hord, according to his LinkedIn profile.
