Advent Said in Talks to Partner With InPost CEO, PPF on Buyout

Buyout firm Advent is in talks to team up with InPost SA’s founder and Czech investment firm PPF Group NV on a potential buyout of the Amsterdam-listed logistics company, people with knowledge of the matter said.

PPF, controlled by Czech billionaire Renata Kellnerova, and InPost’s founder and Chief Executive Officer Rafal Brzoska are in talks about partnering on the possible deal to take the company private, the people said, asking not to be identified talking about the plans. The three investors jointly hold a 47.7% stake in the Poland-based parcel locker operator.
