Ares Holds Townhall to Reassure Staff on Market Uncertainty (1)

Ares Management Corp. convened a town hall this week to reassure employees about recent market volatility and emphasize the investment opportunities it created, according to Chief Executive Officer Mike Arougheti.

“When you’ve been through multiple cycles, there’s a playbook, and this is how you execute, but there are a lot of people who haven’t been through volatility before,” he said Wednesday at the RBC Capital Markets conference in New York.

Arougheti added that other organizations should consider having similar conversations, particularly with junior staff.
