BlackRock in Talks with Pantheon to Sell Private Loan Portfolio

BlackRock Inc. is in late-stage talks to sell a portfolio of private credit to investors led by Pantheon Ventures, people with knowledge of the matter said.

The deal is structured as a so-called continuation vehicle that will transfer the portfolio of loans into a new fund, which existing limited partners and secondaries investors can buy into, said the people, who asked not to be identified.
