Buyout Firms Said to Circle Italian Software Developer Namirial

Several private equity firms have expressed interest in acquiring Italian software developer Namirial SpA, which could be valued at about €900 million ($976 million) in a deal, according to people familiar with the matter.

Bain Capital, Hg and TA Associates are among the potential bidders that are preparing non-binding offers for the company, the people said, asking not to be identified because the information is private. Other private equity firms including Apax and Cinven are also studying possible bids, the people said.
