CVC’s Syntegon Said to Attract CD&R-Koerber Group, GEA, Coesia

German packaging machine maker Syntegon, owned by CVC Capital Partners Plc, has drawn interest from suitors including a consortium of Clayton Dubilier & Rice and German technology firm Koerber AG, according to people familiar with the matter.

German equipment maker GEA Group AG and Italian rival Coesia SpA are also interested in Syntegon, the people said, declining to be identified because the information is private. Some financial investors could also be drawn to the asset, they added.
