KKR Is Said to Discuss Hipoges Sale With J.C. Flowers, doValue

KKR & Co. is in talks with several investors about the sale of its Spanish real estate management company Hipoges Iberia SL, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Among the potential acquirers who have indicated interest in Hipoges are J.C. Flowers & Co., doValue SpA, Pollen Street Group Ltd and Arrow Global Group Ltd, according to the people, who asked not to be named discussing private information. The discussions are ongoing and KKR could still decide not to pursue the deal or select another investor.
