Oak Hill Capital managing partner Brian Cherry has left the company, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

The private equity firm, which counts Wafra, backed by Kuwait’s Public Institution for Social Security, as a minority investor, was led by three managing partners: Tyler Wolfram, Steven Puccinelli and Cherry. It’s now overseen by Wolfram, Puccinelli and Scott Baker, a recently appointed managing partner, one of the people said, asking not to be identified discussing private information.
