Trafigura’s Khodor Mattar Leaves Trading Giant After Four Years

Khodor Mattar has left Trafigura Groupwhere he was head of capital development, according to people familiar with the matter.

Mattar joined Trafigura in 2021 to help build out the commodity trading giant’s access to alternative capital sources like sovereign wealth funds and private equity groups. He was a former Rothschild & Co. banker and managing director for the Americas for Temasek — the Singapore state-owned investment firm.

Trafigura is undergoing a period of change after just the second CEO transition in its history last year. A clutch of top executives have left or retired over the past two years. ...
