J&J Talc Unit Judge to Take Up Fee Requests After Prior Refusal

A Houston judge who rejected Johnson & Johnson‘s third attempt to resolve mass tort talc liabilities in bankruptcy relented to adjudicate requests for millions of dollars in legal fees that have been pending since he dismissed the case months ago.
