Amazon Faces New OSHA Fines for Warehouse Worker Injuries (2)

Amazon.com Inc. faces a new round of OSHA citations alleging the online retailer failed to adequately protect distribution center workers from injuries related to lifting and moving packages.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration said Wednesday it was proposing fines totaling $60,269 against Amazon for alleged violations at warehouses in Deltona, Fla.; Waukegan, Ill.; and New Windsor, N.Y.
