Bias Case Against Home Depot Should Be Arbitrated, Judge Says

Allied Universal and Home Depot should be able to arbitrate a security guard’s Title VII claims after providing evidence that he agreed to an arbitration agreement covering those claims, a federal magistrate judge recommended.

Chris Draughan said that Allied Universal failed to sufficiently support him after Home Depot allegedly dismissed him because he is transgender.

Draughan said he didn’t enter into a valid arbitration agreement.
