Acting CFTC Head Joins Crypto Firm

Caroline Pham, the acting chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, will join MoonPay as its chief legal officer, the crypto payments firm said.
Pham will “guide our next chapter of growth + compliance excellence following the conclusion of her role as Acting Chairman,” MoonPay said in a post on X. The company enables users to convert US dollars or other currency into digital assets.
