Jamie Brodsky, Alexander Staffieri, and Kaitlyn George have joined Frost Brown Todd as partners in its commercial finance practice group in Louisville, Ky., the firm said Wednesday.
Brodsky advises clients in venture capital financings, private placements of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures, according to Frost Brown Todd. Staffieri has experience with commercial real estate lending, structured finance and asset-based lending, and securities and corporate governance.
George provides counsel to clients on business transactions in relation to financial transactions, including obtaining and restructuring corporate credit facilities, the firm said.
