Jacque Kruppa joined Bradley Arant Boult Cummings as a partner in its banking and financial services practice group in Dallas, the firm announced Wednesday.
Kruppa advises banks on corporate, regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters, the firm said. She also represents banks and bank holding companies in mergers and acquisitions transactions and in private offerings of equity and debt securities.
She joins from Texas Regional Bank, where she was chief legal officer and executive vice president.
