Human Rights Act of an occupational therapist who alleged that Functional Pathways denied her request for an extended leave of absence during Covid-19, finding that she didn’t specify a leave period, an increased risk of Covid-19 wasn’t necessarily a disability, and she was responsible for the breakdown of the interactive process.
