A Missouri federal district court ruled that Levering Regional Health Care Center, L.L.C. is entitled to summary judgment on unpaid overtime claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act of employees who took part in a Department of Labor investigation and alleged that they weren’t paid for missed lunch breaks, finding that the employees failed to report their alleged overtime even though the nursing facility had a valid procedure for doing so, and the facility didn’t know of the overtime.
