The Seventh Circuit delayed deciding whether the full court will reexamine a Christian teacher’s bias suit over his former school’s policy on transgender students’ names and pronouns until the Supreme Court rules in a similar case.
The Chicago-based federal appeals court said Tuesday it will wait for a ruling in Groff v. DeJoy, argued April 18, before determining whether to take John Kluge up on his bid for further review in his suit against Brownsburg Community School Corp.
