Domino’s Delivery Drivers Again Told to Arbitrate FLSA Wage Suit

Domino’s Pizza Inc. delivery drivers must arbitrate their wage claims after a federal court found they had signed valid arbitration agreements.

Named plaintiff Brianne Sypniewski and three others comprised the third group to bring a proposed collective action against Domino’s for its alleged violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act for a failure to reimburse delivery drivers for the maintenance of their vehicles, dropping their pay below federal minimum wage.
