Ogletree Welcomes Back Employment Litigator Rinnan in Houston

Paul Rinnan rejoined Ogletree Deakins as a shareholder in its Houston office, the firm announced Monday.

Rinnan’s practice focuses largely on employment litigation, including restrictive covenant cases. He managed employment matters, including pre-litigation demands and settlements, mediations, and administrative charges, and provided advice and counsel on company policies and practices, such as prehire assessments, background checks, investigations, leaves of absence, restrictive covenants, and compensation and benefits, the firm said.

He joins from David Weekley Homes.
