Evan Hudson joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a partner in its registered funds practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Hudson advises on the formation and structuring of real estate investment vehicles such as perpetual-life NAV REITs, lifecycle REITs, and Regulation D products. He also advises retail investment sponsors, investment advisers and independent directors on disclosure issues, and corporate matters, the firm said.
