A federal judge has again rejected business groups seeking to pause California’s corporate emissions disclosure law.
The decision on Thursday by Judge Otis D. Wright II of the US District Court for the Central District of California came while an appeals court is reviewing his earlier decision that let the 2023 law proceed.
