US Immigration and Customs Enforcement should reconsider its award of a nearly $27 million operations and maintenance services contract to KCorp Reliance Company Inc., the GAO said in a decision released Tuesday.
N&S Property Services LLC’s protest showed ICE conducted a flawed technical evaluation before selecting KCorp, the US Government Accountability Office said. ICE should re-evaluate offerors’ proposals under the technical capability and approach factor, and make a new award decision, the GAO said.
