Rep.-elect Adelita Grijalva’s swearing-in to the House will likely be further delayed after GOP leaders canceled next week’s planned session amid the shutdown standoff.
“I literally just finished all of the travel arrangements for my husband and my three kids to get to DC, and now I’m going to have to redo them,” Grijalva said in a phone interview Friday afternoon from Arizona. “It’s just very frustrating.”
