Disney CFO Says Netflix Would be ‘Awfully Big’ With Warner Bros.

Hugh Johnston, Walt Disney Co.’s chief financial officer, said his company will share its view of Netflix Inc.’s proposed purchase of Warner Bros. Discovery Inc.’s studio and streaming business with the Justice Department when the agency seeks its opinion.
