Plum TV Inc., owner of the Plum Network of local cable TV channels, and 10 affiliated entities filed for Chapter 11 protection Jan. 3 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (In re Plum TV Inc.).

The debtors are “cross-platform” media companies that operate broadcast television stations in eight targeted luxury markets: Aspen, Vail, and Telluride, Colo.; the Hamptons in Long Island, N.Y.; Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, Mass.; Miami Beach, Fla.; and Sun Valley, Idaho, court documents state.
