Lenovo to Resolve Patent Suit Over Monitors, Laptop Technology

Lenovo Group Ltd. and Universal Connectivity Technologies Inc. resolved their patent infringement dispute concerning the sale of monitors, docking stations, and laptops.

Judge Rodney Gilstrap paused the dispute for 30 days so that the companies could finalize their settlement, according to an order filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Lenovo and UCT notified the court about their settlement in a Wednesday filing that doesn’t disclose terms.
