Micron, its Micron Semiconductor Products Inc. unit, and Palisade requested a 45-day stay to finalize their agreement and file dismissal papers, according to a joint motion filed Monday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
Palisade sued Micron in October 2024, alleging the company’s DRAM, NAND Flash, NOR Flash memory products and storage devices and memory modules infringed multiple patents.
