Evidence to impeach an Activision Blizzard Inc. witness was properly excluded from wrestler Booker T’s copyright infringement trial over a character in the video game-maker’s Call of Duty series, the Fifth Circuit ruled Thursday.

Booker T appealed a Texas federal court decision after failing to convince a jury that Activision had infringed the title character in his “G.I.
