Buffey Klein joined Blank Rome as a partner in its finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy group and the financial services industry team in Dallas, the firm announced Wednesday.
Klein represents national and regional financial institutions, creditors, lenders, and landlords in complex commercial bankruptcy, insolvency, and commercial litigation matters. Her practice encompasses commercial loan workouts, out-of-court restructurings, creditors’ rights, receiverships, asset sales, and related commercial litigation with a finance-driven component, the firm said.
She joins from Husch Blackwell.
