Buchalter Adds Noel Cook as Intellectual Property Shareholder

Noel Cook joined Buchalter as a shareholder in its intellectual property practice group in San Francisco, the firm announced Friday.

Cook’s practice focuses on trademark and copyright enforcement, litigation, counseling, prosecution, and licensing. He advises clients on the protection and enforcement of trademarks, designs, images, and creative content across retail and outdoor goods, technology, furniture and product design, character merchandising, music, and food and beverage, the firm said.
