Stamford Anesthesiology Services, P.C. is entitled to summary judgment on a male certified registered nurse anesthetist’s claims of sex discrimination and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and Connecticut law, following a workplace incident with a surgeon, a federal district court ruled, as he kept the same CRNA position and earned the same pay, his altered schedule didn’t reduce his hours, switching assignments with nurses wasn’t hard, and he no longer worked with the surgeon.
