A group of Florida residents hit the Trump administration with a lawsuit claiming he’s been unlawfully gifted valuable land to use for his presidential library.
The administration violated the domestic emoluments clause when it accepted a 2.63 acre portion of downtown Miami worth over $300 million, the residents said in a Wednesday complaint filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
