Lululemon Athletica Inc. is accusing Costco Wholesale Corp. of copying its apparel designs in a lawsuit — and the upscale sportswear company shared images with the court to back up its case. Here’s a look at the specific products that Lululemon is calling out.

Lululemon’s ABC pants and Costco’s Kirkland 5 Pocket pants displayed side by side in a court document provided by the US District Court of the Central District of California. The ABC pants sell for $98 to $128 on Lululemon’s website. The Kirkland pants are no longer available on Costco’s website, but an April article from Wirecutter reported they were selling for $20.

The items in question include hoodies, jackets and pants that have similar colors and names to the Lululemon products.
Lululemon’s Define jacket and the Jockey Ladies Yoga Jacket displayed side by side in a court document. Define jackets run $99 to $168 on Lululemon’s website, while Costco’s website no longer lists any Jockey branded items. Jockey Yoga jackets are available on Amazon.com Inc. for $17 to $30.
