Sarah Engle joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in its employee benefits and executive compensation practice in Chicago, the firm announced Wednesday.
Engle focuses her practice on counseling clients on tax-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare arrangements, and executive compensation plans. She helps clients navigate plan design, drafting, and operation as well as compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, and other state and federal laws governing employee benefit plans, the firm said.
She rejoins the firm from McDermott Will & Schulte.
