Startup Founder, CEO Sentenced in Payroll Tax Fraud Scheme

A former chief executive officer of a New Hampshire startup software company was sentenced to two-and-a-half years in prison for willfully failing to pay more than $14 million in payroll taxes and not filing personal tax returns, the Justice Department announced Friday.
