The IRS plans to release about 100 additional guidance items implementing the 2017 tax law, according to IRS Chief Counsel Michael Desmond.
“But I do expect that number to grow,” Desmond said Dec. 19 at an annual conference sponsored by George Washington Law School, the IRS, and Treasury Department in Washington.
