Alabama Amends Growing Alabama Act, Expands Tax Credit Eligibility

The Alabama Governor signed a law amending the Growing Alabama Act to allow sites owned by multiple economic development organizations to qualify for Growing Alabama tax credits, provided all parties listed on the deed are eligible applicants and submit joint applications.
