The Angolan Official Gazette Dec. 21, 2018 published a presidential decree approving online tax portal procedures for commercial enterprises. An enterprise must use the portal if: 1) it is registered as a large taxpayer; or 2) its turnover exceeds 50 million Angolan kwanzas (US$160,800), effective Jan. 1, 2020.
