Angola Gazettes Law Reducing Withholding Tax Rate on Services for Nonresident Legal Entities Without PE

The Angolan Official Gazette Aug. 22 published Law No. 27/22, reducing the withholding tax rate to 6.5 percent from 15 percent for services provided by nonresident legal entities without a permanent establishment in Angola.
