The Antiguan Ministry of Legal Affairs, Public Safety and Labour Feb. 26 posted the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting Bill 2025, to implement base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS) initiatives under the OECD/G20 inclusive framework, focusing on country-by-country (CbC) reporting and transfer pricing. The bill mandates multinational enterprises (MNEs) with annual revenues above 750 million euros (US$786.6 million) to file a CbC report with the Inland Revenue Department.
