The Antiguan Social Security Board Dec. 30, 2022, announced an increase in social security contribution rates, effective Jan. 1, 2023. The announcement explains that the contribution rates: 1) increase to 14 percent from 13.5 percent for the public sector; 2) increase to 15 percent from 14.5 percent for the private sector; and 3) remain the same at 10 percent for the self-employed.
