Argentina Gazettes Resolution on Electronic VAT Registration, Exemptions

The Argentine Official Gazette Jan. 4 published General Resolution No. 5133/2021, on electronic VAT registration. The resolution includes measures: 1) listing taxpayers exempt from electronic VAT registration; 2) listing taxpayers who must register electronically; and 3) applying the registration exemption retroactively from May 1, 2021.
