Argentina Gazettes Resolutions, Decree Amending Tax Measures on Foreign Currency Purchases for Specific Operations

The Argentine Official Gazette Dec. 13 published General Resolution Nos. 5463/2023 and 5464/2023 and Decree No. 29/2023, amending income and personal property tax collection provisions related to purchases of foreign currency, for operations covered by the solidarity tax (PAIS).
