Argentina Gazettes Resolutions Extending Deadlines for Tax Obligations, SME Payment Regime Due to Coronavirus

The Argentine Official Gazette March 20 published resolutions extending deadlines for various business tax obligations and for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) due to the coronavirus pandemic. The deadline is extended to: 1) June 30 from March 31 for the regularization of qualified business tax obligations, social security liabilities, and interests and fines under the payment facilitation regime; and 2) April 30 from March 31 for SMEs to pay taxes and social security liabilities under the special payment regime.
