Arkansas Finance Department Adopts Amended Rule on Beer, Sake Excise Tax Credit

The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) adopted a rule regarding the beer and sake excise tax credit for Arkansas rice. The rules establish requirements for monthly reporting of beer shipments and tax payments, as well as procedures for claiming tax credits, including a new credit for using Arkansas rice in the production of beer or sake.
