The Aruban Government Sept. 16 announced an increase in the monthly minimum wage rates, effective Jan. 1, 2025. The announcement includes that the monthly minimum wage rates are increasing to: 1) 2,007.05 Aruban florins (US$1,115.06) from 1,986.20 florins (US$1,103.48), for employees working 40 hours per week; and 2) 2,257.93 florins (US$1,254.44) from 1,986.20 florins, for employees working 45 hours per week.
